Lara Couture will not accept a return on merchandise that has been worn, washed, damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. Any products that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to our customer service WhatsApp number, 201-499-3555, within 24 hours of delivery or return may not be approved. All items must be returned to Lara Couture within 15 days of return authorization issuance. All items must be returned as received (e.g., on hangers, original tag). All garments will be inspected upon receipt for damage, and within 3 days Lara Couture will refund the customer back.
Return and exchanges incur a $75 fee pre item. Exchanges must be equal or greater value.
Lara Couture is not liable for lost shipments and damaged items due to improper care.
